Let's Chat!: What Kind of Knitter are You?

The Let's Chat series is a thread on my Ravelry forum where a new conversation topic related to knitting is posted every week. Participants in the threads are entered into a monthly giveaway where they can win either one of my patterns, yarn in my stash or receive a surprise package filled with goodies from Japan!

This week's topic is based on something I've noticed about myself as of late. When I knit, I grind my teeth, clench my jaw and sometimes I feel my blood levels rising (and definitely do not bother me when I'm in the knitting zone - I get a little snappy). I am not a relaxed knitter, but more of a tense and often frustrated one! Well, that's pretty much contradictory to the many articles that say that knitting is good for your health. Sometimes I feel like that it is the opposite! I'm also addicted to knitting, if I'm away from it for too long, I get really angsty and irritable. I really need help.

So... What kind of knitter are you? What quirks do you exhibit only when you're knitting? Join in on the conversation on the Ravelry forum!
